Klaviyo's integration with Kanal allows you to retrieve your segments automatically. To send WhatsApp messages from your Klaviyo flows, follow this tutorial "Send a WhatsApp template from Klaviyo flows"

Send a WhatsApp template from Klaviyo Flows
Step 1: Go to settings
Step 2: Create Private API Key
Step 3: Give a name of your API Key "Kanal", choose "Full Access Key"
Step 4: Copy the Key

Step 5:

  • Go on Kanal

  • Settings → Integrations

  • Connect Klaviyo

  • Paste the private Key
