Certify your account on WhatsApp

Certifying your Meta company will allow you to:

1. Display company name instead of phone number

2. Get the blue tick or green tick on WhatsApp

How do I certify my account on WhatsApp?

1. First, check that your Facebook Business account has been verified.

2. Go to Settings on Kanal

3. Go to the WhatsApp Account tab

4. Then click on Go to Meta interface (screen below)

5. On the Meta interface, click on the Profile tab, then Send a request

   1. Complete the form, adding as many links as possible (up to 5 articles) → links that are more likely to be accepted are press articles.

6. If you haven't already done so, remember to activate Two-Step Verification (⚠️ required to secure your account and have it verified by Meta).

7. And that's it! You'll receive a notification with Meta's resolution within 1-2 days. Check your e-mails, Business Manager notifications or the profile section of your number for updates.
