What are the best practices for obtaining approval on certification?

To get the “Green Checkmark”, there are a few things you can do that will increase your chances of being approved for an official Whatsapp business account. As a general rule, remember that official business accounts are not granted to employees, departments or test accounts. Official business accounts are only granted to companies as a whole for actual use cases.

I want to use a phone number previously linked to a WhatsApp perso or WhatsApp Business

It is possible to link a phone number previously connected to a WhatsApp personal or WhatsApp Business, however you must follow the following procedure:

  1. Log in to your WhatsApp account linked to the phone number you wish to link to Kanal.

  2. Delete your WhatsApp account (procedure to be carried out on a phone: doc WhatsApp on Android / iPhone)

  3. And that's it! You can now use this phone number when onboarding Kanal.

How can I check my quality level and message limits?

You can check your phone number status, quality score and sending limits for your WhatsApp Business account in your Facebook Business account.

  1. Go to your company settings on Kanal

  2. Click on the WhatsApp Profiles tab

  3. Click on the “Go to Meta interface” button

  4. On Meta, click on Phone number
