1. Onboarding
The first step is to be guided through the onboarding process by a member of our team.
Before proceeding to the next steps :
Your business manager must be verified with Meta
Have you chosen the number suggested by Meta? (+155xx)
Your business manager must be verified
Your Meta name must be similar to your legal business name (if your shop is Rose and your legal company name is Sample, you can use the display name : Rose by Sample)
You have decided to use an external number (example: onoff or Free mobile)
You don't have to verify your business to start the account, however you will still be limited to 250 sendings / 24h and the name displayed on the screen will not be visible
Your name must be approved by Meta
Don't forget to personalize your WhatsApp profile (logo and description on the WhatsApp profile → this will be the profile visible to your customers).
2. My first 7 days
Congratulations, your WhatsApp account is now verified (maybe certified with the blue tick if you have 5 articles on big media, how to certify my account)
Activate abandoned cart flow in automations
Launch your first campaign on a Shopify or Klaviyo segment of 500 to 1000 contacts
3. 7-14 days
Set up your order confirmation flow (flow in utility = 0.02€ if your contacts are in France / Belgium)
Set up your shipping update flow (flow in utility = 0.02€ if your contacts are in France / Belgium)
Activate WhatsApp flow optin post optin popup
Highlight new benefits offered to your customers. Include an immediate discount or exclusive privilege to enhance their value (e.g. exclusive WhatsApp promo code).
Integrate media (images, videos, voice messages, etc.) to boost engagement.
