Campaigns

Launch a campaign from :

  1. A CSV/XLS import

  2. From Kanal contacts (coming soon)

  3. A list of Kanal contacts (coming soon)

  4. An integration :

    1. Segments from Shopify

    2. Segments from Klaviyo

NB: To optimize the learning of your WhatsApp Business account via Kanal and only on campaigns, 1 message will be sent every minute from 8am to 8pm (except Sundays). Exemples :

  • 250 messages on Tuesday at 8am -> 250 messages represent 250 minutes, or 4 hours and 10 minutes of sending. This means that the campaign began at 8am and ends at 12.10pm.

  • 500 messages on Thursday at 2pm -> 500 messages represent 500 minutes, or 8 hours and 20 minutes of sending. The campaign therefore began on Thursday at 2pm, continued until 8pm (6 hours), then resumed on Friday at 8am and continued until 10:20am (2 hours 20).

Verify and launch your campaign

Before start sending your campaign:

  1. Check the campaign summary (number of recipients, content, date sent).

  2. Click on “Send test” to receive a sample on your own WhatsApp number.

  3. Once you're satisfied, click on “Launch campaign”.

Tracking results

Analyser les performances de votre campagne :

  1. After launching, go to “Campaigns” > “Reports”.

  2. Select your campaign to see detailed statistics:

    1. Delivery rate

    2. Open rate

    3. Response rate

    4. Other relevant metrics
